- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. Extremely bad at returning phone calls and following up on requests. I've had to remind them to do things several times and they always have some excuse. Michael forgot to update a new car on my policy, didn't handle a simple request for a driver license form from the insurance co, and each time I've had to do my own legwork to fix their problems. When I finally canceled my policy, they failed to process the cancellation and when I called to follow up, they never called me back. I ended up being charged again and now have to do more work to fix their screw up. STAY AWAY from this agency.By Ken Snyder, October 03, 2016
