  I went here in February of this year...and my experience was unpleasant to say the least...I was discriminated against because of my race...and when I confronted the owner about it, he laughed at me. I'm Mexican American and experienced bring treated less than the white clients st this business. I was told to wait in the back room, even though seats were still available in the front lobby of the store to wait...I was talk down to several times by the employees and even after I have them examples of hoe I felt they were clearly racist...they went ahead and provide it to me again when I went to pick up my refund check, by making me wait to be attended to even though I had been waiting for 15 minutes to be attended already since I got in the store, while an accountant who saw me first, ignored me and quickly attended a white client ad soon as she game through the door...I confronted the accountant and told her the situation...she took zero accountability...don't go to this store if you are Mexican...they are racists!!!

  This is the one located on the corner of Route 66 and Glendora.. highly reccomended!!! Great group of very knowledgeable and friendly people. The owner is a CPA and available for the really tough tax questions-like I had with my inherited family rental. They resolved all my 2010 tax issues and even reviewed my 2008 and 2009 returns to ensure that they were filed correctly.
